Scaling Up Subcutaneous Delivery: New Innovations to Enable At-Home Care

Date & Time October 29, 2026 • 6:00 PM

As biologics move from clinic to home, the demand for large-volume subcutaneous delivery systems is accelerating — and the elastomer components at the heart of those systems must evolve with it. This session examines the current drug delivery landscape, the functional plunger profiles required to meet the performance demands of large-volume on-body and auto-injector devices, and the compatibility data that gives pharmaceutical developers confidence in NeoFlex™ across sensitive biologic formulations. Yitian Xiao also explores how integrated partnerships between device, primary packaging, and elastomer suppliers can compress development timelines and reduce risk for manufacturers navigating the complexity of combination drug-device commercialization.
