Datwyler's coated sealing solutions bring together two best-in-class product platforms—OmniFlex® stoppers for vials and NeoFlex™ plungers for prefilled syringes and cartridges—under a single, consistent fluoropolymer spray coating technology that delivers 100% surface coverage. This proprietary coating eliminates siliconization, forms a strong barrier between the elastomer and the drug, and provides superior protection against extractables and leachables. Both platforms are built on Datwyler's long-proven FM457 bromobutyl compound, ensuring consistent container closure integrity across primary packaging formats. Designed for compatibility with most standard vials, syringes, and cartridges in the market, these solutions support bulk or nested filling lines and accommodate both vacuum placements and insertion tubes. All coated components are manufactured exclusively in facilities operating under Datwyler's FirstLine® standard across facilities in Europe, North America, and Asia, ensuring identical quality standards and supply chain continuity for pharmaceutical, biotech, and generic drug manufacturers worldwide.
