About this Brochure
PrimeCaps™ are Datwyler's aluminum combination caps engineered specifically to eliminate machinability failures on high-speed filling and closing lines. The center-gated disc design, precision straight skirt edge (Accurim), and highest-quality aluminum alloy combine to deliver consistent feeding, seating, and crimping performance across diverse fill-finish equipment platforms. A center-gated disc configuration supports enhanced machineability for both standard and flush disc configurations in 13 mm and 20 mm formats. The full portfolio spans 40 standard plastic disc colors in both glossy and matte finishes across five standard aluminum ring colors — light gold, red, green, blue, and clear — with further customization available through printing, embossing/debossing, and proprietary color matching. All PrimeCaps™ are produced to 100% camera inspection standards with low bioburden and particulate levels, are validated for container closure integrity (CCI) match with Datwyler's elastomer stopper and plunger portfolio, and are available in ready-for-sterilization (RFS), ready-to-use (RTU), and Rapid Transfer Port bag formats to integrate directly with aseptic processing environments. International production across Datwyler's global manufacturing network ensures consistent quality and reliable supply to meet customers' global fill-finish requirements.
